EDUCATION

Education has a key supportive role in CREA´s conservation strategy. CREA works with High-School and Undergraduate level students in order to expose them to the critical issues of our day.

CREA hosts student groups at its biological field station at Cocobolo Nature Reserve and provides classes for the students and outreach exercises with the local community.

CREA's mission is to promote ecological literacy and cultural understanding in environmental issues, so that we are enabled to make environmentally conscious choices that promote sustainability and rational use of the earth's resources. We realise that the most effective long term impact can only be achieved by including youth.

If you are an educator or student and think that your school may benefit from a field trip to Panama, please contact us.

"I would highly recommend this organization to other high schools seeking to experience hands-on tropical science as well as share in the lives and customs of the people living in these biologically diverse regions."
